At Team 91 Long Island, our recruiting coordination team is a powerhouse of knowledge, experience, and networking. We are dedicated to providing our athletes with the guidance and NCAA insights they need to achieve their dreams and find the best collegiate fit.

Morgan Molinari O’Connor

Expertise: Athletic Administration, Coaching & Mentorship

Morgan brings an unparalleled background in athletic leadership to Team 91. With 16 years of experience as a Director of Athletics, she has overseen dozens of teams and hundreds of student-athletes.

  • Education:

    B.A. in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame (Lacrosse Alumna); M.S. in Secondary Education from Molloy University.

  • Coaching Legacy:

    Built the Sacred Heart Academy lacrosse program into a USA Lacrosse Top 20 nationally ranked program.

  • Proven Track Record:

    Coached 78 collegiate players, 16 All-Americans, and 40 Academic All-Americans.

  • Leadership Roles:

    Current USA Lacrosse All-American Chair and Board Member for the Long Island Metro Foundation chapter of USA Lacrosse.

Gina Sambus Leake

Expertise: NCAA Networking & Garden City Athletics

Gina is a vital bridge between youth development and the collegiate level, offering athletes a massive network of NCAA connections.

  • Education:

    Alumna of the University of Virginia Women’s Lacrosse program.

  • Current Roles:

    Staff member for Garden City Varsity Lacrosse and Team 91 2031 Crush.

  • Community Impact:

    A dedicated educator and teacher within the Garden City district, providing deep local and historical insight into the sport.

Grace Beshlian

Expertise: Collegiate Coaching & Goaltending Insight

The newest addition to our team, Grace provides a fresh perspective on the modern recruiting landscape and high-level collegiate play.

  • Education:

    Recent alumna of the University of Connecticut (UConn) Women’s Lacrosse program.

  • Coaching Experience

    Former coach at Xavier University (NCAA DI) and current coach at St. Joseph's College.

  • Team 91 Role:

    Currently on staff for the Team 91 2029 Thunder and Garden City Varsity Lacrosse.
