The National Girls Lacrosse League is the only nationwide girls youth league in existence. The best 3rd-8th grade girls teams compete in one of 11 regional leagues across the country. Each region has a regional championship, Long Island’s being May 3rd in Islip, that is seeded based on the team's seasonal performance. The winners of the regional championships all come together to crown a National Champion May 15-17 in Maryland. This unique league provides our girls with the opportunity to compete each and every week against top competition, helping them build their skills and confidence heading into the 2026 summer season.
