Jillian Pfeifer is the Team 91 Long Island Girls and Team 91 National Girls Director. Pfeifer has helped grow the Team 91 brand for the last 8 years both on field and administrative. She has been coaching youth lacrosse for over 15 years with Massapequa PAL and her own training business The Goal Tender’s Club. Pfeifer has worked with multiple age groups and serves on many coaching staffs across regional and national teams.

Before Team 91, Jillian Pfeifer was the starting GK for Colorado Mesa University, 2013–2017, earning 2016 Defensive Player of the Year, three RMAC First Team selections, and was an All-American; ranked fifth nationally in DII save percentage in 2016–17. She started numerous games in goal as a freshman and every game following, posting a .589 average save percentage over four years.

After completing her playing eligibility, she served as a Graduate Assistant coach at Colorado Mesa (2017–2018) and later earned her MBA in Marketing from Molloy College in 2020.

Currently Pfeifer is the Head Coach at St. Joseph’s University – Long Island Women’s Lacrosse and plays for the NYPD Women’s Lacrosse Team. Appointed head coach in 2023, leading the Division III program and bringing both playing and coaching experience to collegiate athletes. Two Semi final appearances
