‘29 Roar and ‘29 Thunder Punch Tickets to NGLL CHAMPIONSHIPS

That’s what we call a sweep!

This past weekend our 2029s swept the NGLL Regional Championships, granting them a shot at the NGLL National Championship.

The Roar capped off an impressive NGLL season with a 14 - 9 victory, remaining undefeated in the spring season. The Roar’s season was one to revel at, with their most noteworthy victory being a (x - x) win over the #8 ranked 2028 (Legacy) team in the nation. The Roar are ranked #2 in the nation, and the NGLL championships are the platform for them to prove that they are #1.

The Thunder capped off an excellent NGLL spring season with a tough 7 - 6 win over the top seeded Legacy. The Thunder dominated their opponents this spring, scoring twice as much as in route to the hardware. This past weekend was just a starting point for the Thunder as they take on Maryland. Be on the lookout for this squad as they rise up the national rankings.
